I have only been posting about Baby Morgan's updates for the past couple of months but since she will be here soon (ekk!) I wanted to get back into posting life updates (which will also include Morgan and how Matt and I are coping as parents haha)
Last Sunday we had one sunny day in-between a bunch of rainy days so Matt and I decided to take a day trip to beachy head. We had never been and heard it was a beautiful place to see on the coast on England. The drive was about 2 1/2-3 hours which was a little hard for me to be in the car that long because of my back pain but it was worth it once we got there! The cliffs and the ocean were so beautiful, it was fun to see the coast of England.
The weather and views were gorgeous, however the walking up and down hills took it out of me! After we soaked up some sun we got some lunch at a pub nearby and enjoyed some amazing fish and chips! To top it off I had a popsicle (my new craving) for dessert. We took a different way home and discovered a beach town with sand and restaurants and shopping that was awesome. I hope we can go back there one day with Morgan for a beach trip :)

Baby Morgan Week 35!
WEEK 35
Estimated Due Date: July 2, 2014
Gender: GIRL!!! Morgan Duggan-Childs
Weight Gain: Not sure lately. Doctor said I was measuring a little small but man do I still feel huge!

How I Am Feeling: so tired and lots of back pain! but also since the hubby is gone I usually tend to sleep more when Matt is away anyways. Indigestion and heartburn are at a full time force right now, I heard once the baby drops this will get better so I am hoping she decides to drop soon!
Clothing: whatever is clean...I have been lazy with laundry this week!
Exercise: still getting in about 3 workouts a week, better than nothing I guess! Hoping once my mom gets here we can go on some walks around the neighborhood.
Most Looking Forward To: Going to the zoo this weekend with some friends and finishing up the nursery! I will post nursery pictures next week.

WEEK 32
We finally moved onto base housing and we spent all last week/weekend unpacking and I am exhausted!
We finally moved onto base housing and we spent all last week/weekend unpacking and I am exhausted!
Estimated Due Date: July 2, 2014
Gender: GIRL!!! Morgan Duggan-Childs
Weight Gain: about 20 pounds now
Eats and Treats: I was craving Mexican, but I got to fulfill that craving on my birthday with a birthday lunch at work :) Anything chocolate still, pineapple, fruity drinks, watermelon, cupcakes
How I Am Feeling: Feeling exhausted after moving and working all week. I started to get run down and was getting really bad foot cramps and nose bleeds, but I think I got that under control now with more rest and hydrating. I was probably doing more than I should have at 32 weeks and I think my body hated me for it. I cannot wait to rest up this weekend!
Clothing: Not much is comfortable right now except sweat pants which I look forward to coming home everyday from work and putting them on :)
Exercise: Not much since my body is still trying to recover from the move, I worked out this morning but that is about it!
Most Looking Forward To: My virtual baby shower in two weeks :) cannot wait to see all my friends and family together on FaceTime, even though I wish I was there in person...I guess this is the next best thing.

Baby Morgan Week 29!
So
I missed week 28 because our friends were in town visiting and we went to Rome!
Which I think is a pretty good excuse :)
WEEK 29
Estimated Due Date: July 2, 2014
Gender: GIRL!!! Morgan Duggan-Childs
Weight Gain: Lets just say I am gaining the
right amount of weight
Eats and Treats: I had a lot of pizza and sorbet
gelato in Rome and it was amazing! Trying to eat healthier this week but I did
buy zebra cakes at the store on Sunday and they hit the spot.
How I Am Feeling: Feeling pretty good, still a
little uncomfortable when sleeping and Morgan is constantly kicking my bladder
so that has been making it difficult to get through the day without going to
the bathroom 100 times! Also the heartburn has been out of control lately and
have tums in every room of our house.
Clothing: bought two maternity dresses
today for Spring and I cannot wait to wear them!
Exercise: I didn't work out all week when
our friends were here so Monday I started back into it and I am still doing
those safe pregnancy weight lighting workout DVDs. While the workouts aren't
intense I am hoping just working out a little will help me get back into shape
faster after I have Morgan.
Most Looking Forward To: Moving
into base housing in two weeks! We have so much to do before then but really
looking forward to being closer to everything.
Thankful For: The fact that it is Spring and so
far England has provided us with some awesome weather.
